School History

In the Fall of 1993, Boise celebrated 150th anniversary of the Oregon Trail and opened Les Bois Junior High on Boise Avenue to nearly 1000 students who become the Trailblazers. Three years later, a few miles to the east, Les Bois Junior High is relocated to the Columbia Village neighbor and the former site was transformed into Timberline High School.

Each fall, from our feeder schools -  White Pine Elementary,  Riverside Elementary and Liberty Elementary - Les Bois Staff welcomes seventh, eighth and ninth grades who continue to “blaze trails for students to become lifelong learners and contributing citizens” with the same professionalism and commitment to excellence.
